About the Role

Working as a Full Time Nanny with The Nannies Hub & Co allows you to work Monday to Friday with the option of being selected to work weekends to support your families needs/requirements depending on your availability.
Whether it be that you are caring for one family two days a week and the remainder of the week with another, our agency offers flexibility to meet your scheduling needs. Additionally, parents can request day changes in advance in which you may be asked to adjust your schedule accordingly.

Candidates must be prepared to take on household duties such as tidying up & cooking as well as carrying out childcare duties which can vary on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Childcare Qualified or Unqualified

  • Passionate about childcare and families

  • Willing to commute

  • Drivers Licence desirable but not a must

  • Flexibility

  • Undergo an enhanced DBS background check


Skills

  • Experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting is highly desirable

  • Ability to drive safely and confidently with a valid driving licence

  • Strong teaching skills to support educational activities and developmental milestones (For Childminders)

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Excellent organisational skills to manage daily routines efficiently

  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature with a genuine love for working with children

  • Good communication
