About the Role
As a Primary Teacher with QTS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. You will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that support academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Maintain behaviour management in line with school policies
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Contribute to school planning, meetings, and development initiatives
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum (Primary)
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred)
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
Desirable
• Experience with SEN or additional learning needs
• Subject leadership experience
• Behaviour management training or experience
